In cooperation with South China University of Technology - N. 1 Design Studio

The city of ChangDe, HuNan Province, wants to give to the local "Willow tree park" a new, monumental gate. The site is at the end of a big road running east-west ChangDe. The arch intends to frame the lake view and to give shade to the tourist while they're taking rest or simply enjoying the panorama. The project is completetd by a bridge connecting the nearby Tourist Centre and Tourist bus parking lot, in order to ease the pedestrian crossing, without affecting the vehicles flow.
